: Client had never opted for Brand outdoor campaign in spite of competition from other players in the market, rather whole this milk segment never engaged themselves for the OOH. Client had a mindset of sales are never driven by advertising. We believed that advertising alongwith good distribution channels would definitely improve sales. To take up the challenge, we took the responsibility of distribution alongwith Manpower and advertising. After working on BEP, accepted increase in the market share of Gokul products by 18% after 5 years, with Gokul paying for Manpower salaries and OOH spend distributed.
